Community Resources during #RedForEd Walk Outs

First and foremost, it has been inspirational to witness the level of courage Arizona educators have demonstrated in the past months during the #RedForEd movement. Our educators have organized and mobilized our communities and proudly I stand with them.  I think of my sister, Gaby, a teacher and my mother a cafeteria worker, both in Douglas, Arizona and many of my friends and family who are so committed to Arizonan children.

The ask to Governor Doug Ducey and the Arizona State Legislature is simple: Our students, families and educators desire to be given the resources and tools that will ensure that every child can reach their maximum potential.  

Equally inspiring is our Arizona community organizations, local school boards, town and cities  who have stepped up to support our educators by providing resources for families during this time of action.  THANK YOU TO ALL!
